(On national holidays and weekends, the park uses the family theme. These rules apply for online purchases as well. Thank you for your interest and understanding.)
Some slides are forbidden for kids below 120 cm (48”) and 140 cm (56”).
The slides in the park are not be suitable for the people with disabilities, overweight, neck, back and heart problems and pregnant. Some slides are not suitable for the people with high anxiety, deep sea phobia, high speed fear, fear of heights and claustrophobia.
Please follow the life guards advises and follow all the rules on the signs and around you. If you fail to follow the rules and instructions you might hurt yourself and those around you, causing an injury.
Sides are not suitable for people with illness like vomiting, diarrhea etc.
For security and hygiene reasons bag searches are made at the entrance, and any food or drinks and glass products are not permitted in the premises.
There are no refunds and rain cancellation fees.
All kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during activities.
Do not wear jewellery or glasses while swimming or using the slides.
Please leave your valuables at safe boxes. We are not responsible for the lost items.
Cash money is not used in the park so please use the cards given at the entrance.
Please show id for your children.
It's not allowed to use body slides with t-shirts and shorts.
Please do not run around the pool areas and make dangerous jokes.
Please take a shower before using the slides and pools.
For the keys that are lost or damaged 10 TL and 25 TL for safe boxes are charged to the guests.
For the cards that are lost or damaged 10 TL is charged to the guests.
Locker keys are given with deposits. Please put credit on your cards.
Please keep your receipts until you leave the park.
You can use your passes for one entrance and one leave only.
All the photos videos and sound recordings made by you are only to be used for personal use. Any commercial usage or publishing these media is strictly forbidden.
Pets are not allowed in the park.
Slides and activities may be closed for technical reasons.
Aqua Dream Water Park holds the right to change the prices, dates, hours and activities.
All the other rules and instructions are shown on their own respective boards and checked by the personel. Please pay attention and follow them as you see.
